Since the other computer, where the scanner sits, is occupied at the moment...I will just type up my Weight Watchers Pledge sheet from today's meeting:
- Participate in the TurnAround Program right through the December Holidays!
- Eat healthful foods in reasonable protions that satisfy me, using the eight good health guidelines.
- Participate in a regular exercise program for 20 minutes 3 days a week.
- Come to the weekly meetings for insight and support.
- Pick a meeting buddy, co-worker, family member &/or friend who will commit to support me.
- Make AWESOME lifestyle changes I enjoy!
- My short term goal is: Continue tracking points & keeping a steady walking routine
- My long term goal is: To maintain a healthy lifestyle and be an example to everyone around me
- What I really, really want is: To look amazing on my wedding day!
